Are coaches background checked?

Yes. All camp coaches and staff are screened and expected to uphold a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all athletes.

What is your safety policy?

Player safety is a top priority. Camps are structured with age-appropriate drills, hydration breaks, supervised instruction, and controlled competition periods.

What happens if it rains or weather becomes unsafe?

Rain & Weather Policy

Weather updates will be posted on TACK 3 Camps social media channels and the website by 2:00 PM on the day of camp.

Camp will continue in the event of rain. If lightning is detected, camp activities will be suspended for 30 minutes before resuming when conditions are safe.

If weather causes less than 50% of the scheduled camp day to be completed, a make-up day will be organized, likely on the Saturday following camp week. If more than 50% of the camp day has been completed, the day will be considered fulfilled and no make-up day will be provided.

If a make-up day is not a viable option, athletes affected by the cancellation will receive credit toward a future TACK 3 Camp.

Can parents stay and watch?

Absolutely. Parents and family members are welcome to observe camp from designated viewing areas while helping us maintain a positive sideline environment for all athletes.

Will players be grouped by age?

Yes. Players are grouped by age and/or skill level when possible to create a safer and more competitive experience.

Is this full-contact football?

No. TACK 3 Camps focus on football fundamentals, movement, agility, technique, and competition drills. Contact is controlled and age-appropriate.

What if my player is new to football?

That’s completely okay. Camp is designed to help athletes of all experience levels improve, learn fundamentals, and build confidence.
